I’m Emily Pullen. I work for Skylight Books in Los Angeles and for the small publisher Two Dollar Radio. I like books and girls, in that order.

Can you tell I like books? That’s what I think about, mostly. And publishing. And cultural trends. And music. And technology. And shopping local. And stuff that fucks with your preconceptions of genre and gender and medium and media. If you’re into that: hey, what’s up?

I grew up in Des Moines, Iowa, attended Grinnell College in Iowa, studied abroad in Ecuador, began bookselling in Boston, am currently in Los Angeles, and I’d imagine that I’ll live in NYC one day.
